History

Arconvert SpA was founded in 1989, although its roots go back to a more remote past inextricably linked with the Fedrigoni family. Indeed, it was in 1888 when the first Fedrigoni Group paper mill was founded in Verona.

Half a century later, in 1938, the Varone paper mill was taken over. It was precisely in this place, in 1965, after his return from the United States of America, where he had learned techniques for the production of silicone paper, Mr Gianfranco Fedrigoni installed the first machine for the production of self-adhesives.

Arconvert was born from the pioneering experience of adhesive paper developed in this factory, with the objective of mastering, specialising and perfecting the production of self-adhesive paper and expanding in a continuously evolving market.
